Roles & responsibilities
  • Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on business requirements.
  • Work extensively on the Frappe Framework and ERPNext to implement new features and optimize existing functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best development practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve ERP-related issues.
  • Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and APIs as needed.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and custom workflows to support business operations.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest ERPNext and Frappe advancements.
Skills required
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in ERP development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Frappe Framework and ERPNext (mandatory).
  • Experience working with databases such as MariaDB/MySQL.
  • Good understanding of Python, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Good to Have
  • Experience with Odoo development and customization.
  • Knowledge of UI/UX aspects in ERP systems.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
