Purpose: The purpose of this profile is to ensure smooth functioning and continuous improvement of the

company's ERP system by managing functional aspects, training end-users, coordinating with the ERP technical

team, and driving adoption of new features in line with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. ERP Administration & Functional Management

 Manage day-to-day ERP operations, user access, and functional modules (Finance, HR,

Procurement, Inventory, Projects, etc.).

 Monitor ERP usage to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.

 Troubleshoot user issues and resolve functional problems in coordination with the ERP technical

team.

  1. User Training & Adoption

 Conduct regular ERP training sessions for new and existing employees.

 Create and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and quick reference guides for ERP modules.

 Ensure effective adoption of ERP features across departments by addressing usage gaps.

  1. Coordination with ERP Development / Technical Team

 Act as a bridge between business users and the ERP technical/development team.

 Gather business requirements for new features, enhancements, or modifications.

 Test and validate new developments before deployment.

 Monitor implementation and provide feedback to ensure user satisfaction.

  1. Continuous Improvement & Reporting

 Identify areas for process automation and ERP optimization.

 Develop reports and dashboards to assist management in decision-making.

 Ensure proper data management, backups, and adherence to IT/ERP policies.

Skill Set:

  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems

  • Experience in ERP module configuration and functional testing.

  • Proficiency in report writing and using ERP analytical tools.
