We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Team Manager to lead and drive our recruitment operations, manage a team of recruiters, and ensure delivery of high-quality candidates to our clients.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters focused on U.S. healthcare staffing, specifically travel therapists.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, and placement of Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Assistants.
  • Drive performance by setting clear KPIs, monitoring progress, and providing coaching and support to the team.
  • Build strategies to strengthen the candidate pipeline, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align recruitment operations with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment, compliance, and team management to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and coordination between recruiters, candidates, and clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in U.S. healthcare recruitment, with proven expertise in travel therapist recruitment.
  • Strong background in leading and managing recruitment teams.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. healthcare staffing practices, compliance, and market trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving results.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
