Your job

  • Call homeowners who show interest in interiors (inbound leads).
  • Understand what they need: budget, style, timeline, problems.
  • Explain SmartSelect clearly and build trust.
  • Handle doubts and close the sale.
  • Do regular follow-ups and update CRM.
  • Hit monthly conversion targets.

Who can apply

Freshers are welcome if you have:

  • Good communication in English + Malayalam
  • Confidence to talk on phone for long calls.
  • Interest in sales and learning interiors basics.
  • Strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Basic comfort with tools like Sheets/CRM (training provided).
