Role Overview:

We are looking for a Male Academic Counsellor (Fresher) who is passionate about guiding students in their higher education journey abroad. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel students on study abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
  • Assist students in shortlisting suitable universities based on their profiles and career goals.
  • Guide students through the entire admission and visa application process.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.
  • Participate in training sessions, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of student applications.
  • Maintain professional communication with students, parents, and university partners.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Gender: Male (as per current requirement).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn.
