Key Responsibilities Admissions & Business Growth
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and supervise counsellors, CSEs, trainers, and support staff
- Set individual targets and track daily performance
- Conduct daily and weekly review meetings
- Train, motivate, and correct team members for performance improvement
Student & Parent Management
- Ensure quality counselling and correct expectation setting
- Handle student and parent escalations professionally
- Monitor student attendance, engagement, and retention
- Maintain a positive learning and service environment
Academic & Centre Operations
- Coordinate with trainers for batch planning and smooth class execution
- Ensure infrastructure, classrooms, and systems are always ready
- Maintain discipline, schedules, and SOP compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
