Head Counsellor

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Head Counsellor to lead and guide our counselling team at EIG Overseas. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage pressure, and the capability to ensure smooth functioning of all counsellors under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise, and support the entire counselling team.

Ensure counsellors perform their tasks efficiently and maintain quality service.

Monitor daily activities, workflow, and performance of counsellors.

Provide guidance to students regarding study abroad opportunities, admission processes, and documentation.

Maintain coordination between departments (Documentation, Marketing, Tele-calling, etc.) to ensure seamless operations.

Handle escalated student/parent queries professionally.

Train new counsellors and ensure continuous skill improvement of the team.

Maintain reports, track student progress, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Work under pressure while meeting deadlines and targets.

Be responsible for achieving team goals and overall counselling performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Counsellor/Head Counsellor in the study abroad or education sector.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Problem-solving mindset and decision-making capability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
