The Jr. PM role is an exciting and challenging role, that will demand you to invest time and effort

during an initial period to understand the business landscape, the business model, the

application platform, the product strategy, the organization operations, and the technology

stack. Once you have mastered these dynamics, you would be responsible for the following:

Analysis and Planning

 Own a product module / sub-module end-to-end including crafting, managing,

maintaining, and communicating product features and backlog.

 Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify root cause of issues and assess

opportunity size and impact.

 Assist with cost-benefit analysis / return on investment to support decision making.

 Partner with business and internal/external team members to understand current

customer experience, and identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement

Customer Centricity

 Develop deep empathy to be able to evaluate the value and experience for the end-

users and customers.

 Become the voice of the customer within the product and engineering teams

Product Execution & Technical Delivery

 Translate product / platform strategy by creating sufficiently detailed documentation for

the engineering teams

 Collaborate with PM and Dev leaders to in an agile delivery model

 Assist in running beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples

 Support sales, marketing, and other partner teams as needed

 Collaborate with development teams to build and communicate release schedules.

Teamwork

 Collaborate and develop positive working relationships with all the internal stakeholders

and teams, including sales, accounting, marketing, legal, go-to-market, finance, and

development

 Work with development partners and integrators to identify opportunities, evaluate

priorities and evangelize the value for both internal stakeholders and our customers

 Prior experience (1-3 years) as an analyst/product manager in high growth tech startups,

management consulting, PE/VC fund, research analytics firm.

 Prior experience building pitch decks, investor presentations, etc.

 An MBA degree
