Junior Webflow Developer Job Description

About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented and curious Junior Webflow Developer to join our team. With 1-2 years of experience building responsive websites and landing pages, you'll collaborate with design, product, and growth teams to create high-performing web experiences.

The Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow, leveraging CMS, interactions, and animations
  • Implementing basic frontend code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for custom embeds and advanced functionality
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring marketing funnels and campaigns to life
  • Integrating forms, scripts, and third-party marketing tools (Zapier, Segment, HubSpot)
  • Optimizing websites for SEO, page speed, and conversion-focused layouts
  • Implementing analytics tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel) and ensuring data accuracy
  • Supporting A/B testing, funnel experiments, and performance monitoring

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Webflow development with a strong grasp of responsive design and CMS structures
  • Proven experience building and publishing marketing websites or landing pages
  • Hands-on knowledge of embedding and troubleshooting custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with design, product, and growth teams
  • Exposure to analytics and tracking implementation (GTM, GA4, Meta Pixel)
  • Familiarity with form integrations and CRM tools (Zapier, HubSpot, Leadsquared)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
