Key Role: We are seeking a skilled developer to build and manage our marketing web properties. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to create high-quality web experiences that drive conversion goals, page performance, and responsive design.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with in-house designers and the marketing team to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitor site performance and run regular audits.
  • Measure conversion, traffic, bounce and more, and provide directional suggestions to the team.
  • Create innovative interactive concepts using observations and learning.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and product teams.
  • Research the latest trends and keep track of innovations in the space.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design, and the ability to follow brand guidelines and prioritize brand consistency across web spaces.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma.
  • Understanding of SEO principles.
  • Proficiency in custom code with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience working with automations, third-party tools, and Webflow integrations to enhance web functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and the ability to follow deadlines.
  • An excellent portfolio demonstrating successful website design and development with a focus on brand and marketing sites.
