Job Title: Web Development Team Lead

The Web Development Team Lead will oversee Haris & Co's web development division, managing a team of frontend/backend developers. The role involves delivering high-quality, high-performance websites and web apps, collaborating closely with design, performance, and brand teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of end-to-end website and web app projects — from kickoff to deployment.
  • Translate briefs, UI/UX designs, and business goals into robust web solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery and bug-free deployment.
  • Lead and mentor a team of web developers (frontend, backend, full-stack).
  • Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and foster a strong tech culture.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team efficiency.
  • Act as technical lead and client-facing SPOC for web-related projects.
  • Translate client requirements into technical scope, timelines, and roadmaps.
  • Provide proactive updates and documentation.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure design fidelity and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with SEO, performance marketing, and branding teams to ensure SEO-ready, fast-loading, scalable websites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in web development, with 1–2 years in a leadership or project management role.
  • Hands-on expertise in both frontend and backend (or strong full-stack).
  • Strong project management, task prioritization, and delivery focus.
  • Ability to manage clients, clarify requirements, and propose solutions.
  • Experience delivering responsive, SEO-friendly, and performance-optimized sites.
