Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant, located in Raipur. The Junior Accountant will handle day-to-day accounting tasks including maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing invoices, and processing payroll. This role also involves assisting in audits, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing support to senior accounting staff as needed.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement preparation, and bookkeeping
  • Experience with accounting software and tools like Tally prime, Excel, and ERP systems
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are a plus
