We are seeking a Senior Media Buyer to help us make better business decisions based on our marketing data. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Google advertising platforms.

Proven Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in media buying.
  • Demonstrable success in performance marketing, focusing on KPIs and driving e-commerce sales.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and scaling e-commerce brands.
  • Specific experience in running and optimizing campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and Google is essential.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using media analytics software.
  • Familiarity with media planning, audience research, and buying strategies.

Marketing Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and retargeting.
  • Expertise in A/B testing, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and creative strategies.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Critical thinker with a proactive attitude.

Additional Skills:

  • Up-to-date with media and advertising trends.
  • Interest in experimenting with new tools, platforms, and ad formats.
