Job Title: Digital media Artist/ Graphic Designer

CTC:
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team in the

visually compelling designs for various gaming assets, including promotional materials, social media

graphics, and in-game visuals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design Development:
○ Collaborate with senior graphic designers and cross-functional teams to

understand design requirements.

○ Assist in the creation of visually appealing and on-brand design solutions for

online gaming platforms.
- Asset Creation:
○ Design graphics for promotional campaigns, including banners, social media

posts, and website visuals.

○ Create in-game assets, including characters, backgrounds, and other visual

elements.
- Collaboration:
○ Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into

visually engaging designs.

○ Collaborate with game developers to ensure visual consistency across gaming

platforms.
- Brand Adherence:
○ Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand

identity.

○ Assist in the development and maintenance of a visual style guide for gaming

assets.
- Creative Ideation:
○ Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new gaming concepts and promotional

campaigns.

○ Bring creative ideas and fresh perspectives to design projects.
- Software Proficiency:
○ Utilize graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, etc.), to create high-quality designs.

○ Stay updated on industry-standard design tools and techniques.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects and creative skills, preferably with a focus on

gaming or entertainment.
- Proficient in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines.
- Passion for online gaming and a good understanding of gaming culture.

Pay: ₹25,035.96 - ₹45,127.98 per month
