Job Title: Graphic Designer
Experience: 1 to 4 Years

(Mandatory skills : video editing, motion graphics)
Location : Bangalore

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for the design of digital experiences (e.g. website, online tools, seamless
web/mobile design) and the implementation of UX/UI best practices and principles across
all digital platforms.
- Will be responsible for Quality check, Feedback and Content suggestion as per the latest
trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to
translate business requirements into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and implement improvements to enhance the
overall usability of our products.
- Shape & execute on the design strategy in collaboration with Product & Marketing
managers
- Develop visually compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations,
infographics, and other collateral to effectively communicate our product offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with
overall marketing strategies.
- Create sales enablement materials such as sales decks, product sheets, and case studies to
support the sales team in effectively communicating the value proposition of our API
product.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative
and user-centric designs.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual
communication.
- Experience in designing marketing collaterals and sales enablement materials.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Familiarity with finance industry trends and design considerations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
