**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Motion Graphic Creation**:

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics for videos, presentations, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Develop animations that effectively convey concepts and narratives.
- **2D Design & Sketching**:

- Create visually compelling 2D designs and illustrations.
- Utilize hand sketching and digital tools to bring ideas to life.
- **Storyboard Development**:

- Develop storyboards to outline visual sequences and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to refine concepts and execution strategies.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce cohesive and impactful visuals.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate designs to meet project goals.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Mastery in software tools like Adobe After Effects and Illustrator.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics.
- **Content Ideation**:

- Contribute fresh ideas to brainstorming sessions for branding and marketing campaigns.
- Provide creative solutions that align with WhiteTusker's vision and branding guidelines.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Degree or diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related fields.
- **Experience**: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in motion graphics and design.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and related tools.
- Expertise in 2D animation, sketching, and designing visual concepts.
- Strong storyboard development and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
