Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Crew Documentation Officer / Trainee to join our Navi Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will be a graduate, fluent in English, with prior experience in crew documentation processes and a sound understanding of STCW conventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end crew documentation processes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure strict compliance with STCW conventions and applicable maritime regulations.
- Maintain and update accurate records and documentation for seafarers.
- Coordinate with seafarers, clients, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Monitor and update all crew-related certifications in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Graduate with fluency in English (both verbal and written).
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in crew documentation (preferred).
- Knowledge of STCW conventions (an added advantage).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
