**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **recruitment and placement of Ratings** (AB, OS, Cook, Oiler, Wiper, etc.) for various types of vessels.
- Screen, verify, and maintain up-to-date crew documentation including CDC, COC, STCW, Passport, and Medicals.
- Coordinate with **Crew Managers, Masters, and Manning Agents** for crew joining and sign-off schedules.
- Ensure all joining crew meet **flag state, owner, and MLC 2006** requirements.
- Maintain crew database and update certifications and validity records.
- Assist in crew appraisals, evaluations, and performance tracking.
- Prepare and maintain joining instructions, travel arrangements, and visa coordination.
- Provide welfare assistance and resolve any crew-related concerns promptly.
- Liaise with shipping agencies and travel partners for smooth logistics.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 **year of experience** in **Crew Management (Ratings Department)**.
- Strong understanding of **maritime documentation and certification requirements**.
- Knowledge of **RPSL regulations** and **flag state compliance**.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, Excel**, and crew management software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
