Since 2019, we have specialized in supplying skilled crew for LPG and tanker vessels.Job Role We seek an experienced Crew Manager dedicated to sourcing and recruiting qualified crew members exclusively for LPG and tanker vessels. The role focuses solely on crew acquisition, screening, and preparation, without involvement in vessel operations.Key Responsibilities Source and identify suitable candidates for LPG and other tanker vessel crew positionsConduct candidate screening, interviewing, and shortlisting per company and industry standardsCoordinate with training and certification bodies to verify crew qualifications and credentialsManage crew databases, contracts, and documentation readinessLiaise with crewing agents, maritime authorities, and recruitment agencies worldwideSupport onboarding and mobilization logistics for crew joining vesselsMaintain compliance with STCW, MLC, and company policiesRequirements Minimum 3 years’ experience in crew recruitment or crewing management for gas carriers, LPG, or tanker vesselsStrong understanding of maritime certification, crewing norms, and recruitment best practicesExcellent interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple recruitment pipelinesProficient with crew management and recruitment softwareWhat We Offer Competitive salary and performance incentivesOpportunity to work with a respected, RPSL and MLC certified companySupportive and professional work environmentChance to play a key role within developing LPG and tanker crewing divisionHow to Apply Send your CV and cover letter titled “Crew Manager – LPG & Tanker Recruitment” to:
