Job Title: International Sales

Location: Pune, Kanpur and Mumbai

Department: Sales / Business Development

About the Role :We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Express Sales Executive to join our international shipping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business for express and courier services, managing client relationships to ensure repeat business, achieving sales targets, analyzing market trends, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operational teams for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Prospect and approach potential clients for international express/courier services.
  • Sales Management: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and account management.
  • Client Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Pricing & Quotation: Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and provide customized logistics solutions to clients.
  • Coordination: Work closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth express movement and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2.5 years of experience in express, courier, or parcel sales
  • Strong understanding of global logistics, Incoterms, and international trade documentation.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the shipping or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
