Job Description: Fresher Client Relationship Executive

Location: Thane

Overview

We are hiring a Client Relationship Executive who is energetic, well-spoken, and eager to learn. Freshers with excellent communication skills will be given top priority. The role involves lead generation, interacting with potential clients, and supporting the sales process through proposals, follow-ups, and data management.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential customers and relevant industries.
  • Use channels such as social media, emails, and calling to generate leads.

2. Prospect Engagement

  • Communicate with prospects to understand their requirements.
  • Gather basic information for qualification.

3. Sales Outreach

  • Make outbound calls and send emails to initiate conversations with potential clients.
  • Present the value of products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Prepare and send proposals based on discussions.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts team for invoice creation and follow up on client payments.

4. Data Management

  • Maintain proper records of all leads and interactions.
  • Ensure data accuracy in CRM or tracking tools.
  • Share regular updates with the sales team on lead status.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (top priority).
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle calls, emails, and client communication confidently.
  • Good organizational and data management skills.

Preferred (for experienced candidates)

  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
  • Experience in cold calling, proposal creation, or CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹22,000.00 per month
