Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at
Provident Capital
in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and contributing to the overall growth of the business.

Responsibilities


• Maximise revenue generation and lead closures through cold calling, networking, social media, and marketing campaigns.


• Client acquisition and business development by direct/indirect sales.


• Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their concerns.


• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections


• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.


• Strong client focus including pre and post sales services for long term wealth retention.


• Meet and advise clients on real estate.


• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.


• Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to ROI generation.


• Develop Provident Capital as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
