Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant _MSD 365 Dual Write
In this role we are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert with deep expertise in Dual Write (F&O CE integration) and extensive exposure to administration, monitoring, and environment management. The ideal candidate will work closely with both technical and functional teams to ensure seamless data synchronization, platform governance, and performance optimization across integrated Dynamics 365 apps.
Key Responsibilities:
. Design, implement, and support Dual Write integrations between Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Customer Engagement (CE).
. Administer and manage Dataverse, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Power Platform environments.
. Monitor and troubleshoot Dual Write sync issues, entity mapping problems, and data flow inconsistencies.
. Drive ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) across environments for both CE and F&O.
. Manage user roles, security configurations, and access provisioning across integrated environments.
. Collaborate with business and functional teams to ensure alignment of Dual Write with business processes.
. Maintain platform health and proactively manage service updates, environment refreshes, backups, and DLP compliance.
. Provide support for performance tuning, integrations, telemetry, and diagnostics across apps.
. Document admin activities, standard operating procedures, and configuration baselines
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

. Good experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
. Good experience in Dual Write setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
. Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and CE data models and Dataverse.
. Proficiency in Power Platform admin center, Azure DevOps, LCS, and D365 environment management.
. Hands-on experience with Data Integration Projects, Entity Mapping, and Data Flow Monitoring.
. Exposure to Microsoft Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom connectors (preferred).
. Good grasp of environment lifecycle, security roles, monitoring, and licensing models.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

. MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations
. MB-500/MB-700: Technical/Solution Architect certifications
. PL-200/PL-400: Power Platform Developer or Functional Consultant.
. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
. Good communication and collaboration skills across functional teams.
. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
