Responsibilities
To drive sales, partnerships, and visibility for the gallery through strategic outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives — with a focus on meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Client Relations
 
Develop and manage relationships with collectors, corporates, and interior designers.
Generate leads for artwork sales and commissions.
Maintain client databases and follow up for repeat sales and referrals.
- Partnerships & Collaborations
 
Collaborate with art consultants, architects, and brands for curated displays.
Partner with luxury brands, hotels, or real estate firms for art installations or exhibitions.
Build alliances with online art platforms (like Mojarto, Artsy, etc.).
- Marketing & Promotions
 
Work with the marketing team to plan exhibitions, social media campaigns, and newsletters.
Promote artists and exhibitions through strategic outreach and digital marketing.
Organize private previews, collectors' meets, and artist talks.
- Strategic Growth
 
Identify new markets (corporate art programs, interior design tie-ups, art leasing).
Analyze sales data and market trends to develop pricing and promotion strategies.
Develop proposals for funding, sponsorships, or CSR collaborations.
- Online Expansion
 
List and manage artworks on e-commerce portals (e.g., Mojarto, Artsy, 1stDibs).
Oversee online campaigns, SEO, and Google Ads for gallery visibility.
Skills Required
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Understanding of contemporary and modern art
Sales and marketing expertise (especially in luxury/art sector)
Networking & relationship management
