Gresham Global is seeking a dynamic and driven Student Outreach Officer to support University College Birmingham. This pivotal role plays a key part in advancing the university's student recruitment objectives, requiring a professional who thrives on meaningful engagement and takes pride in guiding prospective students at the earliest stage of their journey. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic extension of the university, offering dedicated support while contributing to the broader success of the University.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Engagement: Reach out to students who have attended the university's seminars and events, communicating the university's course offerings and gauging their level of interest. Counselling Coordination: Schedule and organise counselling sessions to explore students' academic goals and guide them through suitable university options. CRM Management: Ensure the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is regularly updated with accurate and relevant student information.

Assigning Leads: Assign students to the respective Student Relationship Manager. Administrative Support: Provide vital administrative assistance during the admissions process, including filing documents, submitting applications, and scanning required paperwork as and when required. Admissions Guidance: Support students' queries on the admissions journey.

Event Participation: Play an active role in admission-related events and activities, contributing to their overall success. Student Support Services: Address student queries promptly and professionally to ensure a smooth and positive applicant experience. Team Collaboration & Flexibility: Foster strong working relationships with management, students, colleagues, and administrative staff.

Be a reliable team player, ready to take on additional tasks and support broader team goals as required. Skills and QualificationsMinimum three years' experience of working in Student Outreach/Cold CallingStrong communication skillsExcellent command of the English languageLocation - Chembur, Mumbai. This is a full-time office-based role.
