Grow Your Staff is currently seeking a remote opportunity for an Outreach Intern. This role is ideal for students and freshers looking to gain experience in outreach and sales with minimal time commitment.

The ideal candidate will work directly with the team at Grow Your Staff to achieve common goals.

Experience required: No prior experience is necessary.

This position offers flexible working hours of 30 minutes per day (Monday–Friday).

Responsibilities:

  • Support outreach efforts using your personal profile.
  • Coordinate regularly with the team to ensure consistency and accuracy in messaging and outreach efforts.
  • Generate B2B leads from different social platforms and emails.
  • Assist in business development by identifying potential clients, conducting market research, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with the outreach team to learn about the industry and the outreach process.

Mandatory Criteria:

  • Must have 500+ connections.
  • Comfortable updating your profile to reflect the role.
  • Reliable and consistent in daily outreach.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A professional online presence.
