Job Role: Outreach and Admissions Consultant

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced professional to develop and execute outreach strategies, manage admissions processes, and build strong relationships with potential clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies, managing admissions processes, and building strong relationships with potential clients.

We are seeking a highly connected and results-oriented professional with strong networks in the education ecosystem, particularly among local school recruitment agencies, counsellors, and admission agents.

  • Lead outreach initiatives across key regions.
  • Build strong networks with school recruitment agencies, admission agents, principals & counsellors.
  • Establish long-term partnerships for sustained student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Outreach & Partnerships
  • Drive high-volume student enrolments using established contacts.
  • Onboard & manage local agents, consultancies, and school partners.
  • Ensure retention & engagement of partners through consistent follow-ups.
Enrolment Growth & Agent Management
  • Represent the organization at education events, seminars & regional meetings.
  • Serve as the face of the organization in assigned states, ensuring credibility & visibility.
Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Track & monitor outreach performance using KPIs.
  • Share data-backed insights with leadership to improve enrolment strategies.

Requirements:

  • 7-12 years of experience in education outreach, admissions, or B2B school/student recruitment.
  • A well-established network with local agents, school admission counsellors, and recruitment agencies in key regions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving student enrolment and partnership targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup while managing fieldwork effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, data tracking, and reporting systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • Number of new agent partnerships and school networks established monthly.
  • Student enrolment numbers achieved through direct and indirect outreach.
  • Conversion rate of outreach efforts into actual admissions.
  • Retention and satisfaction of partners/agents onboarded.
  • Contribution to regional expansion in key regions.
