Role Description

Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Field Sales Job)
Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 years
    of relevant
    field sales
    experience.

Salary

  • ₹25,000 and above
  • (Final salary will depend on interview performance, qualification, and experience.)

Qualification

  • Graduate in
    any discipline
    (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Strong field sales experience and proven business domain expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Identify and develop new
    field sales
    opportunities and customer networks.
  2. Achieve assigned
    sales and collection targets
    .
  3. Prepare and execute a
    territory-specific field sales plan
    .
  4. Provide transparent information on
    products, pricing, discounts, and trade policies
    to dealers/distributors.
  5. Monitor
    market trends
    , competitor activities, and customer buying patterns.
  6. Submit regular
    field sales reports
    , market updates, and documentation.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with
    existing dealers and distributors
    .
  8. Gather
    market intelligence
    and update the company on competitor strategies and price movements.
  9. Make
    regular field visits
    to existing and potential customers to generate new business.
  10. Act as a link between
    customers and the company
    .
  11. Coordinate with
    sales support/back-office teams
    for smooth operations.
  12. Deliver end-to-end
    client servicing
    , addressing customer needs promptly.
  13. Create and implement
    marketing and sales promotion plans
    ; must be tech-savvy.
  14. Travel extensively for
    on-ground sales activities, market visits, and customer meetings
