Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Field Sales Job)
Experience Required
- 3 to 5 years
of relevant
field sales
experience.
Salary
- ₹25,000 and above
- (Final salary will depend on interview performance, qualification, and experience.)
Qualification
- Graduate in
any discipline
(MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred). - Strong field sales experience and proven business domain expertise.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new
field sales
opportunities and customer networks. - Achieve assigned
sales and collection targets
. - Prepare and execute a
territory-specific field sales plan
. - Provide transparent information on
products, pricing, discounts, and trade policies
to dealers/distributors. - Monitor
market trends
, competitor activities, and customer buying patterns. - Submit regular
field sales reports
, market updates, and documentation. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with
existing dealers and distributors
. - Gather
market intelligence
and update the company on competitor strategies and price movements. - Make
regular field visits
to existing and potential customers to generate new business. - Act as a link between
customers and the company
. - Coordinate with
sales support/back-office teams
for smooth operations. - Deliver end-to-end
client servicing
