Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team, specializing in Loan Against Property (LAP) products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving business growth for the LAP portfolio. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and source new clients for LAP by generating leads, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed the sales targets set for LAP business.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about LAP products, including terms, conditions, and benefits, to potential clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized services to address their financial needs.
  • Loan Processing: Assist clients through the entire loan application process, including documentation, processing, and disbursement.
  • Cross-Selling: Promote other financial products offered by the bank/financial institution, such as home loans, business loans, and insurance.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and the regulatory environment affecting LAP and property financing.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all loan applications and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Customer Service: Address client queries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking/financial sector. Experience in LAP is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong financial and analytical skills to evaluate loan applications and property-related risks.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining client trust.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve client concerns or issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools and loan management systems.
