Job description

We are looking for a digital marketing executive who can plan, create and optimize paid ad campaigns on both google and meta platforms, managing budgets to maximize ROI by conducting audience research, setting up conversion tracking, analyzing performance metrics, and creating compelling ad copy and visuals. The role involves staying current with platform trends, collaborating with creative teams, and providing performance reports to stakeholders to drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to create data-driven ad strategies.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns continuously to improve performance and ROI through A/B testing, bid management, and budget adjustments.
  • Set up and track conversions, pixels, and remarketing campaigns to ensure accurate performance measurement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives, visuals, and landing pages suited for each platform.
  • Prepare and present performance reports with clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROAS and achieve defined KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices across Google and Meta advertising ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and resolve performance issues.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for performance reporting and cross-team collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing, audience segmentation, and conversion tracking.
  • Basic graphic design skills or proven ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams.
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications preferred; considered an added advantage
