Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
- Identify and pursue new business leads through networking and cold calling.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure new business deals.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is desirable.
Marketing course/ should be interested in sales.
