Elevare Management Consultancy LLC is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Expert to lead advanced campaign management, creative content production, and brand growth across digital platforms. This role demands a deep understanding of audience targeting, high-quality content creation, and hands-on technical expertise, not basic design work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, plan, and execute sophisticated Facebook and Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, conversion, remarketing).
  • Conduct audience segmentation and behavioral targeting using pixel data, A/B testing, lookalike audiences, and advanced interest layering.
  • Manage complete ad funnel optimization, track performance metrics, and implement iterative improvements for maximum ROI.
  • Oversee content strategy across platforms, ensuring visual and messaging alignment with brand goals.
  • Create high-quality social content including graphics, video promotions, and short-form creative reels tailored for platform algorithms.
  • Edit and produce professional-level YouTube videos, campaign content, and visual creatives using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Maintain a consistent creative standard that reflects industry best practices while delivering original, premium visual output.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and management to align marketing outputs with business targets.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Facebook/Meta Ads Manager with demonstrable campaign success.
  • Strong grasp of data analytics tools (Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Meta Insights).
  • Professional-level skill in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Experience producing YouTube video content including editing, color grading, and audio refinement.
  • Strong creative vision and ability to deliver original, non-template-based designs.
  • Excellent understanding of audience psychology, engagement tactics, and digital storytelling.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a hands-on digital marketing role.
  • Based in Bangalore, India and available to join immediately.
