About the Role

We're on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketer (Fresher) to join our team. If you love exploring social media trends, creating content, and are excited to kick-start your career in digital marketing, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Help create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Work with the design and content teams to develop creative posts, visuals, and captions.
  • Track the performance of posts and campaigns using analytics tools and share insights.
  • Suggest new and fun ideas to improve our reach and engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • A basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
  • Creativity and a keen interest in exploring the latest social trends.
  • Good communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and collaborate with the team.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar (a plus, but not required).
