Role Summary:  

As a Social Media & Marketing Intern at Tenovia, you will play a key role in bringing our brand to life through engaging social media posts, reels, podcasts, and other visual content. This is a creative and hands-on role, where you'll get to work closely with our teams to spotlight our office culture, services, product, and people in a way that resonates with our audience.  

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Content Creation: Conceptualize, plan, and create short-form video content to promote Tenovia's office culture, employees, services, and product.  
  • Podcast Production: Plan, record, and execute podcasts featuring partners and clients. Also, create timestamps for the editor to create engaging short-form content for social media.
  • Video Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to produce engaging video campaigns that align with the company's goals.  
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing and growing Tenovia's presence across social media platforms by brainstorming and creating posts and video content, and engaging with followers. 
  • Trend Research: Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Tenovia's content fresh and relevant.  
  • Employee Spotlights: Work with employees to create authentic and compelling behind-the-scenes content to showcase our team and work culture.  

Qualifications:  

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.  
  • Basic editing skills and experience using video editing tools to create reels and short-form video content. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Passion for storytelling and a creative mindset.  
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Prior experience creating social media content is a plus but not mandatory.
