Role Description

We are looking for a Social Media Content Intern
to join our team in Bengaluru. This is a full-time, on-site internship where you'll get hands-on experience in creating engaging content, managing social media pages, and learning how brands build their presence online. You'll work closely with our creative team, explore the latest social media trends, and sharpen your skills in content creation, community management, and digital storytelling.

What You'll Do (Learning & Responsibilities)

  • Assist in researching industry trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to support monthly content calendars.
  • Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and campaigns.
  • Write and edit clear, platform-friendly copy under guidance from the team.
  • Help manage day-to-day operations of client social media channels.
  • Support Online Reputation Management (ORM) by drafting responses to comments and messages.
  • Assist in scheduling posts and maintaining brand voice consistency across platforms.
  • Monitor brand pages and report updates or issues to the team.
  • Collaborate with designers and strategists to execute creative campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for content approvals and updates.
  • Learn to track content performance and create simple reports on insights.
  • Stay curious and updated about social media trends, tools, and formats.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Qualities)

  • A creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital content.
  • Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt to different brand voices.
  • Good organisational and research abilities.
  • Awareness of popular social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Familiarity with AI tools, Canva, or basic design/editing software is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn SEO basics, content optimisation, and social media analytics.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Prior internship/college project experience in social media or content creation is a bonus but not mandatory.
