Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive with over 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support various HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance to help maintain a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Coordinate and support payroll processing activities in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and leave management.
  • Support performance management processes including tracking appraisals and feedback.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
