Role Overview

We are looking for a
Customer Relationship Executive (Middleware)
who will act as a bridge between customers, internal teams, and sales/operations. The role focuses on customer coordination, follow-ups, issue tracking, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary point of contact
    between customers and internal teams
  • Handle customer queries via
    calls, WhatsApp, and emails
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Support teams for timely resolution
  • Track customer requests, complaints, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records and status updates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Share regular updates and reports with the reporting manager
  • Support onboarding and documentation as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good verbal and written
    communication skills (English + local language)
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools / Excel / Google Sheets
  • Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred

  • Experience in customer support, relationship management, or operations
  • Prior exposure to WhatsApp business communication is an advantage
