Job Description: Team Member (Counter Boy) – QSR Industry

Position: Team Member (Counter Boy)

Department: Operations – Front of House

Reports to: Shift Supervisor / Store Manager

Location: Chitkara University, Rajpura, Punjab

Role Summary

The Team Member (Counter Boy) is responsible for taking customer orders, serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced QSR environment. The role ensures smooth counter operations and supports overall store performance.

Requirements Education & Experience

  • 10th/12th pass preferred.
  • Freshers can apply; experience in QSR/fast food will be an advantage.

  • Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems (training will be provided).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
