Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Coordinator located in Rajpura, Punjab. The Billing Coordinator will handle daily billing processes, generate accurate invoices, assist with the maintenance and operation of billing systems, and ensure timely and error-free invoicing. The role also involves reviewing data, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are critical in this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Billing Process, Invoicing, and Billing Systems
  • Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to review and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts and practices is a plus
  • Proficient in relevant software or tools related to billing and invoicing
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines
  • Prior experience in a similar billing or finance-related role is an advantage
