Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Associate to join our team. This role

will play a critical part in supporting financial and operational projects, contributing to

research, data analysis, and project execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong

analytical capabilities, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude to thrive in a

fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including ratio, trend, and variance

analysis.

 Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support strategic

decision-making.

 Assist in day-to-day accounting functions such as journal entries, reconciliations, and

account analysis.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manage, and implement financial

and business projects.

 Utilise data analysis tools to generate actionable insights from financial data.

 Create and manage financial dashboards and periodic reports to monitor key metrics

and performance.

 Participate in research activities to support internal initiatives and client projects.

 Contribute to training programs and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the

organisation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • ACCA Part Qualified/CMA USA Part Qualified
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Research abilities
  • Proficiency in Project Management
  • Excellent Communication and Training skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Kochi
  • Relevant experience in management consulting is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
