Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for various job roles.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
  • Participate in HR audits and compliance checks.
  • Provide support in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced HR environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
