Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will provide support to our HR department in various tasks and projects. This internship will help you acquire HR skills and provide you with knowledge of various HR strategies. Ultimately, you will gain broad experience in HR and should be prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Support in the onboarding process for new hires.

  • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports.

  • Support in performance management processes.

  • Provide support to the HR team.

Requirements:

- Graduate from BBA or MBA

  • Strong interest in HR and people management.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
