  • Full-Time: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month
  • Part-Time: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month
  • Intern: ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 per month (Stipend )

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation for our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build HR systems from scratch and grow with the company.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Hiring

  • Source and screen candidates from job portals
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Conduct HR round interviews
  • Roll out offer letters and manage joining processes

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Collect and organize employee documents
  • Create employee profiles in Zoho People / HRMS
  • Maintain HR files, agreements, and policy documents
  • Handle employee engagement and internal communication

Attendance & Payroll Coordination

  • Track and update attendance, leaves, and WFH requests
  • Prepare monthly payroll input (attendance + deductions)
  • Coordinate with CA / payroll partner for salary processing
  • Generate and share payslips (via Zoho Payroll)

Admin & Compliance Support

  • Coordinate with external CA for PF/ESI/GST paperwork
  • Maintain records of interns, freelancers, and vendors
  • Assist with basic HR compliance documentation

Requirements:

  • MBA HR / BBA HR / HR certification (preferred)
  • 0–2 years of HR experience (freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, Google Workspace, or Zoho People
