Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers, answering queries, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Provide information about products/services and generate interest..
- Maintain a database of customer information and call records.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
- Record feedback and update CRM systems accordingly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role is a plus.
