
Sales & Customer Success Executive (SaaS / Software Sales – UniInvoice

We're looking for an energetic Sales & Customer Success Executive to drive software sales, renewals, and client retention.
You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, conducting product demos, and ensuring client satisfaction through strong follow-ups and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email outreach.
- Conduct online demos and explain SaaS product features clearly.
- Convert leads into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage client onboarding, renewals, and plan upgrades.
- Build long-term relationships to increase customer retention.
- Maintain accurate data in CRM and provide weekly reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in SaaS / B2B / Software / ERP sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or Google Sheets.
- Strong negotiation and client handling abilities.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working with monthly targets.
