Area Manager - Rural Consumer Durable/Senior Area Manager - Rural Consumer DurableArea Manager - Rural Consumer Durable / Senior Area Manager - Rural Consumer DurableJob PurposeWill be responsible to design and institutionalize best-in-class processes around Sales Compliance for multiple products across Rural Business. The goal will be to reduce incidents of compliance by continuously highlighting areas of lapses and implementing remedial measures to eliminate the same. Duties and Responsibilities- Identifying key triggers for sampling Understand different parameters and areas where lapses are possible, thereby identifying triggers on SFDC which can provide better catch rates. This is a key productivity management activity. Once identified, create SFDC reports for these triggers so that daily cases can be pulled without much delay. Allocate these cases for sampling as per the trigger-specific team member. Update customer calling scripts according to the trigger identified.- Daily sampling rigor Allocate data for everyday sampling to ensure efficient product-level coverage as agreed with business. Ensure >95% coverage of all locations and managers every quarter as per service level agreements. Ensure targeted sampling count for the month, according to quarterly plan. Execute special projects as received from the Executive VP / CBO / BH.- Quality check on defect findings Do sample cross-checking of recordings related to the lapses found by the team, ensuring only the right catch is passed on to the field as a lapse. Use the sampling call recordings as a tool to guide the team for quality improvement.- Business communication and rebuttal management Share Daily/Weekly/Monthly Catch Reports with the field team. Schedule calls and personal meetings with ZSM / NSMs / BH to update on lapse trends and suggest remedial actions. Ensure timely responses to all communication received from the business with supporting facts. Update valid rebuttals and take the sampling team through the same with a focus on avoiding such mistakes in the future.- Actions implementation After month-end and post sharing of the final report, coordinate closely with product managers for actions to be taken. Release warning letters to FTE with help from the HR team. Coordinate with the Staffing team for off-role actions. Confirmation to be taken on each action item and saved for future reference.- Repository management Monthly updating of repository file to enable quick retrieval of data for MD / President / VP reviews. Responsible for cross-checking the accuracy of the repository. Club actions of RCU and Compliance to present a consolidated repository of lapses and actions taken for each individual.- Team management development Carry out regular calls with the team for training and idea generation. Connect for both personal and professional issues. Provide ideas and challenges to encourage learning about new systems and applications.Key Decisions / Dimensions- Deciding the severity of lapses, which ultimately defines the action to be taken.- Increasing or reducing sampling on a particular product or location, based on available trends and productivity considerations.Major Challenges- Aligning business with actions to be taken in case of a lapse.- Ensuring all actions are executed within the defined TAT.Required Qualifications and Experience- Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate- Work Experience:- Minimum 6 years of work experience.- 5+ years of experience in managing sales in term loan products / financial products, preferably in tier 2/3 towns.
