Position: Execution Executive

Role and Responsibilities: As an Execution Executive at AMA Legal Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company's legal compliance, risk mitigation, and effective contract management. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks that are crucial to our clients' success and the overall growth of the organization.

Deep Legal Expertise: Demonstrate an excellent understanding of corporate law and procedures, including recent amendments and associated regulations. Stay updated with the latest legal developments and effectively interprets their implications.

Legal Drafting and Communication: Exhibit exceptional legal drafting skills and proficiency in written and spoken English, along with other relevant languages. Craft well-structured legal documents, notices, and correspondence with precision and clarity.

IEPF Knowledge: Possess a strong grasp of IEPF (Investor Education and Protection Fund) related sections, rules, deadlines, and procedures. Stay informed about IEPF compliance requirements and ensure timely adherence.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with various internal functions and departments within the company. Provide accurate and timely legal advice on a diverse range of topics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

External Communication and Negotiation: Engage in effective communication and negotiation with external parties such as regulators, local authorities, and external legal counsel. Uphold strict adherence to deadlines concerning these relationships.

Agreement Review and Approval: Take charge of drafting, reviewing, and approving agreements, contracts, and other legal documents across the business. Ensure these documents safeguard the company's rights and interests.

Legal Compliance Guidance: Act as the primary point of reference for business functions, offering clarity on legal compliance requirements, internal processes, pre-contract due diligence, contract/document drafting and review, and related matters.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sound knowledge of recent amendments, corporate regulations, and legal procedures. Excellent legal drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in English must required.
  • Strong understanding of IEPF-related sections, rules, and compliance.
  • Effective research and analytical abilities for risk assessment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for external communication and negotiation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing legal risks.
