We are seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing legal documentation, handling agreement renewals, preparing Requests for Proposals (RFPs), negotiating vendor agreements, and supporting court cases. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of legal procedures, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple legal tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Documentation Management: Draft, review, and manage various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and compliance forms. Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with legal standards and company policies.

Agreement Renewal: Oversee the renewal process for contracts and agreements. Monitor renewal dates, negotiate terms, and ensure timely and efficient execution.

RFP Preparation: Prepare and review Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for legal services and other needs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure RFPs meet requirements and deadlines.

Vendor Agreements: Negotiate, draft, and review vendor agreements. Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve any issues related to contract terms or performance.

Court Case Support: Assist in managing and preparing for court cases, including drafting legal briefs, gathering evidence, and coordinating with external legal counsel. Support the legal team in case strategy and preparation.

Legal Documentation: Expertise in drafting and managing various legal documents, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Agreement Renewal: Proficiency in overseeing and negotiating contract renewals, with the ability to manage timelines and ensure compliance.

RFP Preparation: Experience in preparing and reviewing RFPs, with strong organizational skills to coordinate and manage proposals.

Vendor Agreements: Skilled in negotiating and drafting vendor agreements, with the ability to address and resolve contract-related issues.

Court Case Management: Ability to support court case preparations, including legal research, document management, and coordination with external counsel.

Qualifications:

Education: Any Law Graduate

Licensing: Admission to the state bar in [State], or eligibility for admission.

Experience: Minimum of [8 years ] of experience in a legal role, with specific experience in documentation, agreement renewal, RFPs, vendor agreements, and court cases.
