We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, coordination, and a hands-on approach to maintaining operational excellence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Assign duties, monitor performance, and inspect completed work to maintain brand and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with the Front Office for room status updates and guest requirements.
  • Address guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Train, guide, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver consistent and efficient service.
  • Manage inventory and control usage of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities.
  • Conduct regular room and area inspections to ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards.
  • Liaise with Maintenance for timely repair and upkeep of rooms and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare daily housekeeping reports.
  • Ensure compliance with departmental policies, safety regulations, and brand SOPs.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
