Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive (Secured Loan or LAP) based in Varanasi. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential customers, managing secured loan and loan against property (LAP) portfolios, and building relationships with clients. Daily tasks include prospecting for leads, preparing loan applications, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, meeting sales targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of financial products including secured loans and loans against property (LAP)
  • Experience in sales, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Proficiency in understanding credit analysis and loan applications
  • Ability to meet sales targets, manage leads, and negotiate agreements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in banking or NBFC sector is a plus
